Tijdens grote thematische releases moeten kortingscodes worden gebruikt op het moment dat je je bestelling plaatst. Als je dit vergeet, kan ik je bestelling annuleren, maar ik kan niet garanderen dat de artikelen dan opnieuw te bestellen zijn.

CONTROLEER ALTIJD DE VERWERKINGSTIJD BIJ UW ADVERTENTIE. Deze tijden zijn in werkdagen, dus weekenden en feestdagen zijn niet inbegrepen. Uw bestelling kan eerder worden verzonden, maar houd er rekening mee dat u mogelijk moet wachten tot de verwerkingstijd voorbij is VOORDAT uw bestelling wordt verzonden.

Verzendbeleid: Helaas kan ik geen gecombineerde verzending meer garanderen voor bestellingen die tijdens grote thematische releases worden geplaatst. U kunt nog steeds een bericht achterlaten en als ik alle bestellingen kan verwerken, kan ik wellicht alsnog aan uw verzoek voldoen, maar houd er rekening mee dat dit NIET gegarandeerd is. *Dit geldt niet voor internationale bestellingen. Deze worden vanwege de hoge verzendkosten nog steeds gecombineerd verzonden.*

Als uw bestellingstracking aangeeft dat uw pakket is bezorgd, kunnen we de bestelling niet vervangen als u beweert dat deze vermist is. Zorg ervoor dat het adres dat u selecteert voor de verzending van uw pakket een beveiligde brievenbus heeft. Als uw bestellingstracking aangeeft dat uw pakket verloren/vermist is, neem dan contact met mij op. Ik kan u helpen bij het indienen van een claim voor een verloren pakket. Ik kan dit niet namens u doen. U moet inloggen op uw USPS-account om de claim in te dienen. U kunt een account aanmaken als u er nog geen heeft. De vergoeding wordt rechtstreeks naar u verzonden.

Als je een artikel met een korte verwerkingstijd bestelt samen met een artikel met een langere verwerkingstijd, wordt de verzending van het artikel met de kortere verwerkingstijd vertraagd, zodat ze samen verzonden kunnen worden. (Etsy gebruikt automatisch de langste verwerkingstijd voor de hele bestelling op basis van de artikelen die je selecteert met de langste verwerkingstijd.) Als je wilt dat het artikel met de kortere verwerkingstijd sneller aankomt, plaats dan een aparte bestelling hiervoor.

Grote thematische releases vinden plaats op de laatste vrijdag van elke maand! Als je op de hoogte wilt blijven van nieuwe releases, word dan lid van onze Facebookpagina. During large themed drops, any discount codes must be used at the time you place your order. If you forget, I can cancel your order, but I cannot guarantee your items will be available to re-order.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE PROCESSING TIME ON YOUR LISTING. These are in business days, which means weekends and holidays are not included. Your order may ship sooner, but please be prepared to wait until the processing time is up BEFORE your order ships.

Shipping Policy: Unfortunately, I can no longer guarantee combined shipping for orders placed during large themed drops. You are welcome to still leave a note and if I happen to catch all orders I MAY be able to accommodate you, but please know it is NOT guaranteed. *This does not apply to international orders. They will still have multiple orders combined due to the high cost of shipping.*

IF YOUR ORDER TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, we are unable to replace the order if you claim it is missing. Ensure the address you select to ship your package to, has a secure mailbox. IF YOUR ORDER TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS LOST/MISSING. Please contact me and I can assist you with filing a lost package claim. I am unable to do this on your behalf. You must log into your USPS account to submit the claim. You can create one if you don’t already have one. The reimbursement claim check is mailed directly to you.

If you order an item with a short processing time along with another item with a longer processing time, it will delay shipment of the one with the shorter processing time so they can ship together. (Etsy automatically uses the longest processing time for the entire order based on the items you select that have the longest processing time.) If you want the item with the shorter processing time to arrive faster, please place a separate order for it.
