If you would like to add or remove items from an order you have already made, please contact me. As long as your items have not been shipped out, I can cancel and fully refund the order for you, then you may make another order with the correct amounts. Please note that the refund will take a few days to process back into your account.
Unfortunately this is the best solution as there is no direct method with Etsy's current system.

All epoxy-coated acrylic charms come with a plastic seal covering the flat side of the charm and it is sometimes laid out unevenly during manufacturing which could cause it look that way. When you peel off this seal, the charm should still be brand new underneath! :)
