Refunds & Exchanges
All items are made to order, which means that each item is custom made just for you! Unfortunately, Rae Raye Studio cannot accept returns or provide refunds on custom made to order items. If any custom made items have spelling errors, only then that the item will be remade.
Please carefully read all listing descriptions, as well as send me a message if you have any additional questions before placing an order.
Refunds will also not be issued if your order does not arrive in time as delivery made by our delivery partners are out of our control.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed you can cancel the order up until 2 hours after. After that, I will not cancel your order for any reasons.
Please make sure that you have read our cancellation policy prior to submitting your order.
Delivery & Shipping
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to design, assemble and package your item(s) before it is ready to be shipped.
Once shipped, these are the post office’s suggested time frames for shipping:
UK: All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery 1-3 Days.
Upgrades available at checkout.
US: All items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. 7-10 Days.
Everywhere Else: Royal Mail International Tracked 7-10 Days .
Lost or Damaged Items
It is rare, but sometimes orders can be lost in transit by the delivery system, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you receive an item that has been damaged while in transit, please contact me within 24-hours, as well as send me a photo of the item and packaging exactly how it has been received.
This is so we can work together to find to a solution. I strive to provide excellent customer service and I always want to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your order.
