This Privacy Policy describes how and when Sweet Whimsy Co collects, uses, and shares information when you make a purchase, message, or otherwise use services through Etsy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. • To fill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorized through Etsy). This includes your name, address, payment information, and order details.

• If you direct message me you may choose to provide additional information.

• I rely on Etsy to collect your information in order to process and fulfill your order, provide services, settle disputes, and provide customer support.

• If you sign up for Sweet Whimsy Co's mailing list I will use your information to contact you via email using a third party mailing service. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at anytime and your information will be removed.

–Sharing Your Information–

Keeping your information secure is very important to me. Your personal information will only be shared in very limited circumstances to fulfill your order or provide services as follows;
• With Etsy to provide services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• With service providers such as delivery companies to fulfill your order
• With my mailing service provider to send emails (only if you sign up for the mailing list)
• If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your personal information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
