How do I download and unzip my files and what file formats will I receive.
After purchasing, right-click on the zipped folder and select 'extract' to unzip the files. Your PDF files will appear in the extracted folder. You will receive high-resolution JPEG and PDF files, ensuring you have the best quality for printing your artwork.
How do I print the files at home & where can I print larger sizes?
Ensure your printer is set to the highest print quality. Print at 'original size' or '100%' and uncheck 'fit to page.' Most home printers can't print larger than 8"x10".
To print larger sizes visit local stores like Staples, FedEx, UPS, Office Depot, CVS, Costco, Walmart, or Walgreens. Save your image on a USB drive and have it printed at the store.
Can I print my artwork online?
Yes, great online printing options include VistaPrint, Printique, Nations Photo Lab, Staples, Costco, and Shutterfly.
How do I frame my new artwork?
You can find a variety of frame sizes on Amazon, Walmart, IKEA, and other online retailers to perfectly fit your new print.
What sizes can I print?
Based on the size ratio chart, there are 23 different sizes that can be printed:
4:5 Ratio: 4"x5", 8"x10", 12"x15", 16"x20", 20"x25", 24"x30"
3:4 Ratio: 6"x8", 9"x12", 12"x16", 15"x20", 18"x24"
2:3 Ratio: 4"x6", 8"x12", 12"x18", 16"x24", 20"x30", 24"x36"
A1-A4: A1, A2, A3, A4
Other: 22"x28", 11"x14"
This extensive range ensures you can find the perfect size to fit your space and framing needs. Additionally, you can print any size that falls under these ratios as long as it is smaller than the largest size within that ratio.
Example: If you want to print a size that is 10"x12.5", you can use the 4:5 ratio file since it falls within the maximum size of 24"x30". This flexibility allows you to customize your prints to fit your specific needs
How do I ensure the best print quality & what if the colors look different when printed?
For the best results, print at 'original size' or '100%' and uncheck 'fit to page.' Using a professional print service can also enhance quality.
