Lifelong Maker of Things
I love the creative process and have been a maker of all kinds of things for as long as I can remember. Even now, I can't go into an art, bead, sewing or craft supply shop without coming home with something. I remember stringing beads in the 70's and began to explore more serious jewelry making a few years ago when my mom couldn't find a necklace to go with her outfit. I said to her, "I'll make you one!" That led to a search for a bead store, some classes, working with beads again and exploring a variety of other techniques for creating jewelry.
Today, I continue to explore and work with a variety of materials and colors that appeal to me and at the moment am drawn to stone, seed beads, silver and copper. Whatever city I travel to, I'll make a stop at the local bead shop to see what interesting materials they have that might inspire a new creation. I also love seeing the creative pieces that other artists have made. I hope to continue my journey of learning and making pieces that bring joy to whoever wears them.
Thank you for visiting my store. I hope you found something you like for yourself or another. If not today, I'll hope you return again to see what's new. – Annette
