SHIPPING TERMS:
* FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all domestic orders valued at $35 or more (before taxes). Free shipping is by USPS Ground Advantage. No coupon code necessary; if your order qualifies, shipping costs will be ZERO in your cart!
* I ship 2-3 business days after receiving an order USPS Ground Advantage; packages over 16 oz. will be shipped Media Mail). All packages are insured and have tracking/delivery confirmation.
* USPS Priority Mail upgrades are available. **USPS states packages should be received 2 days after shipping, but note this is not a guarantee.**
* If you require Priority Express Mail, please contact me for rates.
* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available to some countries! Contact me with your location and item of interest to request shipping cost.
** IMPORTANT: Please confirm that the address on your Etsy account is your correct mailing address, as that is what is used for your shipping label. If you need to change your mailing address, send me a Message to that effect. I will cancel and refund the order, and ask you to purchase the item again with the corrected shipping address for your Etsy account. I will not change the mailing address only from a Message request. Thank you!

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
It is my hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund minus the shipping costs.

If returning, for your protection, I suggest including insurance. As soon as I receive the item, I will credit your account for the product price only (does not include shipping cost). Please specify the reason for a return, and if you would prefer an exchange.
