I did not start this shop because I had everything figured out.
I started it because I kept watching people I care about
struggle with tools that were never built for them.
Friends who were diagnosed late with ADHD or autism,
finally having an answer for why their whole life felt
harder than it should — only to find that every planner
on the market still assumed they could just sit down,
make a list, and get things done.
People living with POTS and dysautonomia,
going to appointment after appointment,
trying to explain symptoms that changed every single day,
with nothing to show their doctor except a rough memory
of how bad last week was.
Survivors carrying Complex PTSD who knew the therapy language,
who understood their triggers intellectually,
but had nowhere to do the quiet daily work
of actually tracking it, processing it,
and being gentle with themselves through it.
Generic tools were not working for any of them.
So I built specific ones.
Every product in this shop was designed around
a real community with real needs that the mainstream
wellness industry keeps overlooking.
No fluff. No toxic positivity.
No "just write down three things you are grateful for."
Just honest, practical, thoughtfully designed tools
for people who are already doing the hard work
and deserve something that actually helps.
If you found this shop, you probably know exactly
what it feels like to need something that does not exist yet.
That is why this shop exists.
Welcome. Everything here was made for you.

3 out of 5 starsI bought this looking from the pictures it has shown. There is no daily or weekly check in like shown in the stock images. That was the main reason I chose this journal. It does have some good pages, but not like the stock images unfortunately.

Hi Ashlie, thank you for your feedback and for pointing this out. We do have the sections mentioned in the listing, though I understand how that may not have been clear from your experience. The daily check-in pages are from pages 12–81 (covering 70 days), the weekly check-ins are on pages 83–92, and the monthly review pages are on 93–94. We appreciate you highlighting this, as it helps us improve how we present the product in our images and descriptions to avoid any confusion moving forward.
