What brand of apparel do you use?

We use high-quality Gildan products for all our T-shirts (Gildan 5000), sweatshirts (Gildan 18000), and hoodies (Gildan 18500).

How do I place an order?

1. Check product images for size charts and colors.
2. Choose your size (Small to 3XL) and select your style (T-shirt, Sweatshirt, or Hoodie).
3. Pick your preferred color. For custom requests, feel free to message us.
4. Double-check your information and shipping address before completing your purchase.

When will I receive my order and how to track my order?

Our production time is 1-8 days, and shipping within the US takes 3-5 days normally. For other countries, shipping may take 7-30 days. These times can change depending on the season or holidays, with most delays happening around December.

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your item ships, so you can see exactly where your sweatshirt is and when it will arrive.

How large is the embroidery on the apparel?

To ensure a soft and comfortable wearing experience, we’ve kept the t-shirt embroidery smaller. Larger embroidery on lightweight t-shirts can affect comfort, so we've restricted the sizes accordingly.

> T-shirt embroidery size: Up to 10.16 × 10.16 cm
> Sweatshirt and Hoodie embroidery size: Up to 25.40 × 15.24 cm
>The actual embroidery size may vary depending on the design, but it will not exceed the maximum sizes listed above.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

- We don’t accept exchanges or returns since each sweatshirt is made to order. However, if there’s a mistake in the embroidery or any flaws with the sweatshirt, I’ll gladly send you a replacement.

- Cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hours of purchase.

How should I care for my embroidered apparel?

- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold.
- Tumble dry on low heat.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron directly on the embroidery.

What materials are used in your products?

- Unisex T-shirts (Gildan 5000): 100% cotton (variations for Sport Grey, Ash Grey, and Heather colors), pre-shrunk, with a tear-away tag.

- Unisex Sweatshirts (Gildan 18000) & Hoodies (Gildan 18500): 50% pre-shrunk cotton and 50% polyester, featuring a soft feel and durable stitching.

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes, We can offer custom and personalized orders! You can customize the t-shirt, sweatshirts and hoodies I have listed, with options for the front of the chest, left wrist, and right wrist. Each customization costs an additional USD $7. If you’re interested in a brand new design or more extensive customizations, feel free to message me for pricing details.
