Ring arrived pretty fast! It's beautiful, and clearly handmade (there are some imperfections, but I think they add character to the jewelry)

Shipper sent replacement on previous order PAID FOR 2 GOT NONE WHAT A DEAL! I'll be opening a dispute at the date. No item was received for this order. Shipper decided to attach 2 Separate and orders placed over multiple months between them to the same tracking. both show delivered and no package was received so thank you so much for frustrating me and creating fraudulent replacements. BUYER BEWARE! I had previous orders I adored now I just feel super scammed. Seems like based on reviews recently don't buy here anymore. They will not answer messages Will not acknowledge replacements Will do fraudulent things to protect themselves and really screw over the customer. Thanks for ruining a milestone gift really sucked hope you have the day you deserve.

The ring I received have completely different design is not like in Etsy pictures, where a stone open on all sides is glued to a plate We discussed a little modifications - only changes of band to make it flat. This modification to ring band was not intended to change the stone setting. Why jeweler recessed the entire stone inside and frame ? jeweler made ring massive, and hided stone inside frame...whole beauty of open on the sides stone is gone...Besides, the work is very sloppy. The setting is crooked, there are scratches and nicks. I've had custom made rings before, but I've never seen such rough work. I want to send ring back and get a refund, but Divinitysilvers ignores messages.

They are trying to start new orders under previous trackings to "correct shipping errors" ie both order numbers show same tracking please update order# 383517*** (order placed October 21 - shipped Nov 15 STILL Undelivered and refunded) & order# 38673**** (ordered replacement on November 20) are both traveling under the ORIGINAL OCTOBER 21ST ORDER TRACKING LY8712211**** please advise of secondary order (38673****) tracking correction. This shop is doing fraudulent things to cover THEIR ERRORS. I'll remove my review when corrected. Or you can process a refund for the second replacement.

This ring is not as advertised. It is made Poor quality metal, within minutes the finish changed and looked tarnished, it turned my finger green. Not to mention the seller used a fake label so when usps received the package I had to pay an extra 20 dollars for the shipping in order to get the item. Do not purchase from this seller!

Gorgeous color especially when set with rose gold fill. On my left ring finger in order to harmonize my heart center. This placement connects to the heart via a natural meridian. Great seller!
