For any requests regarding a specific size that is not available in the drop-down menu, please contact the seller before placing an order. If the customer orders a size 38, but then sends a message to have a size 40, the customer will receive the size 38 he ordered and not the size 40.

Behind every computer is a human being. Despite the dematerialization of a store, it's important to show as much respect per message as you would towards a physical person.
Any lack of correctness and politeness will result in additional processing delays.

Etsy calculates an estimate of delivery times based on official data provided by carriers, but is not responsible for delays related to the delivery of an order. Only the carrier is responsible.
A tracking number is issued with each order so that the customer can follow the shipment and contact the delivery company in the event of a delay or for any other question.

It is therefore pointless to hold the seller responsible, or to give him a bad mark in revenge for a lack of professionalism for which he is not responsible.

All items weighing less than 250g and measuring less than 3cm are sent "tracked" using the French Post Office's bubble envelope service.
Delivery to a "Point Relais" or via another carrier is also possible. To arrange this, please contact the seller.
All items over 3cm or 250g are redirected to the carrier Mondial Relay if the country offers this service. Otherwise, shipments are handled by the carrier La Poste.

The seller is not responsible for any parcel not collected by the buyer from the post office or relay point.
The buyer can track the status of his order via the number given to him on Etsy and by e-mail.

If a delivered parcel is returned to the store because it has not been collected by the buyer, the buyer must pay the new shipping costs for the return of the order.
Free delivery applies only to the initial order.
This reason is not eligible for a refund.

When the customer pays a tax on an item, the VAT is collected by ETSY and not by YOK CORK. This tax is paid by ETSY to the respective country.
In the event of a customs problem, please contact the customs office in your country using the VAT number given on the order summary, so as not to pay VAT twice. If customs block the order, please contact ETSY customer service directly, not YOKCORK.
Customs fees may also apply. These vary according to the item, its value and its destination country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Reminder: The seller is not responsible for late deliveries, nor for customs blockages.

Due to large scale closure of post offices, the decline in the quality of La Poste's services and the unjustified annual increase in postal rates, parcels are no longer sent via Colissimo. Since 01/01/2022, they have been sent via the carrier Mondial Relay and dropped off at a Point Relay.
By default, the store chooses the Point Relay closest to the buyer's postal address. However, the customer can choose the Point Relay of his choice and inform the store via the Etsy messaging system within 24 hours.
If the customer wishes to have the item sent by Colissimo, an additional charge of between 8.95 euros and 13.95 euros will be billed. These costs include shipping + "loss and theft" insurance.

The store offers advantageous shipping costs with a standard delivery service via the carrier. These shipping costs include a tracking number and a return address to the store in the event of non-delivery of the order. The tracking number enables the customer to follow the status of the shipment and to contact the carrier with any queries.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the store is no longer responsible for its delivery. For this reason, customers are strongly advised to pay for an additional insurance ranging between 5 and 8 euros, in anticipation of any delivery problems that may arise. The store offers a "GIFT" option and a "GIFT PACKAGING" option.

The gift option allows the parcel to be sent directly to the intended recipient. The recipient will not receive the invoice. It is possible to add an accompanying note, but gift wrapping is not included.

The "gift-wrapping" option is subject to a charge. The seller prepares a gift wrap. The gift can be accompanied by a personalized note. The invoice will not be enclosed. The wrapped gift can be sent directly to the recipient by selecting the desired delivery address. Gift wrapping therefore takes the option of gift + wrapping.

Any request related to a defective item, an order cancellation or a return must be made within 14 days of delivery of the order.
Shipping return costs are at the buyer's expense. The buyer may return the item via the carrier La Poste or Mondial Relay in order to limit the cost of the return. Please inform the store in advance.
After 14 days, the store no longer accepts returns and no longer provides an after-sales service.
