Yes! I use all my products on my own pets. For those animals I don’t have, products will be shipped and tested by numerous pet owners to ensure safety and quality. All new products often have a number of "trial" runs ahead of the launched version you’ll see in my shop. I do however recommend that all products be used under supervision. Any damaged products should be removed from the animal immediately. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure safe interaction so no harm is done to the animal or property.

To keep shipping costs low most orders will ship via letter mail. If you’d like a tracking number be sure to upgrade your shipping to include it. Know that while most orders do arrive quickly delays through shipping do happen. My standard policy is to allow a delayed parcel 6 weeks from the date it ships to arrive. Once a package ships it is no longer in my control, please be patient with the postal workers as they work on getting your orders to you.
