Great communication with the seller from start to finish and delivery. The only issue was the colors of the rug were slightly different than the picture, but the seller has offered a solution and handled it well and it is still a beautiful rug, it just changes the vibe of the room slightly as the colors are more bold.

We're so happy we bought a rug from BahiaRugs! The quality is spectacular, the colors are beautiful, the pile isn't too low or high, and the customer service experience was great. Although we ordered this custom (6x9), it was made and arrived way quicker than we expected. Plus, the price was incredible.

Overall I'm very pleased with this rug. It's beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and the seller was very open to changes in color. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because I ordered it without fringe and got fringe on one side. But the side without fringe looks very raw and unfinished (shown in pictures). Because of that, I would recommend getting it with fringe.
