All items will ship using ETSY Shipping manager. Before you submit your order, please verify your shipping address. An incorrect address will result in a product not being delivered. You will be responsible to pay additional shipping costs to reship the item. No refunds will be made. If you find out that your order was placed at an incorrect address, please contact me immediately. I will make every effort to correct it before shipping. However, once the package has been delivered by USPS, Theba Outfitters cannot be held responsible.

Once your order is received by USPS. leahdecorations will no longer be responsible for the merchandise. Any broken, lost, delayed, or stolen products, aren't refundable/exchangeable.

Follow these steps if you are unable to locate your package

1. Talk to your neighbors - 99 percent of packages are delivered to the homes of neighbors.

2. Contact your regional post office to get your tracking number

3. You can submit a USPS Lookup Request after 7 days

Unfortunately, sometimes email gets lost or delayed. This is completely beyond our control. Due to the influx of mail requests, We are unable to help you find your mail because we do not work for USPS.

Cancellations can be made within six hours after purchase. You will receive a full refund once the order has been processed.

No exchanges or refunds are offered. You can find information about the product's size and substance in the description and pictures.

If you find an error or a flaw in our merchandise, please let us know so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

We ship orders Monday to Friday no holidays. CUT-OFF time is 1 PM CST. We usually ship orders the same day the order has been placed or the next business day.
