We are the very first shop to launch a personalized rainbow abacus-back in 2021. We understand that shops new to the product have opened, but we stand firm in believing that our abacus is still set apart from the rest. Here’s why:

-We do not charge extra for expedited 2-day shipping. If you have an event that this is needed for, we will make sure that it arrives in time, despite our typical ship times. Just message our shop! November/December orders do not apply to this, due to high order volume.
-We have a NO-KNOT guarantee. Your abacus board will not arrive with any visible knots on the top or front of your abacus.
-We are the only shop that offers spacers.
-Our abacus comes ASSEMBLED and securely packaged.
-We do not leave inches of board space on either side of your abacus rings to make our product seem larger. The rings and beads are as large as they can possibly be.
-Our customers will never go unhappy, as we always are quick to work to resolve any questions or concerns that they might have.
-We are the only shop that donates a portion of all proceeds to charity.

Engraving the wooden base options available for names, sentences, birthday wishes, welcome wishes, birthdates, etc.

Pair your engrave with a symbol of your choosing for extra matching fun!

Each engrave is done 100% by hand and is customizable to your preference.🤍

•Please limit your engrave to one sentence.
Example: Happy Birthday, Olivia!
Example: Welcome to the world, Finley!

If you have a specific symbol that you would like on your engrave, please message our shop or write what you would like into your personalization.

Engraving will be put on the top of the wooden base, unless specified otherwise.
If the engrave option is purchased, but you do not specify what you would like engraved, we will engrave the name you entered for the abacus with font #1.

♥ Please limit your name including any bead spacers to 10 letters for the smallest ring. 14 letters for the middle ring. 6 letters fit on the smallest ring to the LEFT side, if wanting to keep the rainbow look. 8 letters fit on the middle ring to the LEFT side, if wanting to keep the rainbow look. We do not have special characters such as an apostrophe, hyphens, dashes, etc.

RING COLOR IS NOW ONLY OFFERED IN GOLD.
Color, color, name OR substitute name for another color.
If you order more then two colors and a name, the third color will be knocked off. For example: Ordering- “Light pink, blush, white, Olivia”. Only two colors fit with a name. We will send you “light pink, blush, Olivia”.

We are sadly discontinuing our spacers, as they didn't sell as well as we'd hoped. We will leave the chart up until all spacers are sold out. Please see list below for spacers that are OUT of stock.

♥Large Letters: Are not included in price of abacus. They are often given as thank you gifts, free of charge when stock is available to show our appreciation!

♥SAFETY: Use is intended for decor. As with any handmade accessory, this product should not be used without proper adult supervision. Do not leave an infant or child unattended with this product. This product contains small parts and the customer and user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the product is used in a safe manner. By purchasing this product the customer agrees that use and purchase of the product is entirely at the customer’s own risk. Ev&Potique, nor any of its agents or affiliates shall be liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the products. Use at own discretion. Please inspect regularly.

♥IMPERFECTIONS:
•slight bead and board imperfection such as knots in the board base/markings in wood or flaws in bead shape are to be expected, as this is a handmade item from natural woods. Minimal glue exposure around the bottom of rings on board base is to be expected, as the glue is necessary to hold rings in place. Buyers will not be refunded under any circumstance for reasons pertaining to bead/wood/glue imperfections.•
The window for damaged abacus’s is 14 days upon delivery. If you for some reason receive an abacus damaged in transit, please message the shop personally for an exchange. The window for exchanges will be closed after 14 days post delivery date.
