Never Date Dudes From The Internet - a zine about Craigslist dating
Materials: zine, zines, paper, book, okcupid, craiglist
In 2005, I was in need of dates. So I posted an ad on the now defunct personals page on Craigslist. This book includes my original ad as well as every response I received from the men of CL.
"Hello, I'm looking for the same things you are. But I'm married -- do you care?"
But it's not all bad. I actually went on dates with two of these of these fine gentlemen. Can you guess which two? Hint: they were perfectly nice both in person and on paper.

These arrived in the UK from the USA in just a few days which is crazy fast! Also totally awesome as expected!
These tiny zines are great! They shipped really quickly too.
before we started going together, my wife used to share stories of the boyfriends she met on the internet: a patronizing lawyer from baltimore. a handsome man who invited her out for ice cream one evening, and later discovered that he was seriously lactose intolerant. hundreds of pages of failed quips and obscene one-liners. this zine is like an ethnography of awkward men. relatable.
This collection is really interesting! I've been showing people all day, I definitely recommend reading this :) The shipping was also super fast!
