Typical Processing Times, Letter Mail:
2 days locally.
3 days within the province.
4 days with national mail.

Subject to change with delays and closures.

All mail is sent out with Canada Post. Mail sent in LM does not include a tracking number. LM provides a discounted shipping cost for the buyer.

If you did not select “Add Tracking” in your order, and your parcel is lost/ stolen - I am not able to provide a refund as there is no insurance on your parcel. If you selected “Add Tracking”, and your parcel is lost/ stolen- a case will be opened with the carrier in order to issue a refund.

I am unable to issue refunds on non-trackable items as I do not have a reference for the shipment from the carrier.

Wrong Address
Shipping will not be refunded as it has already been paid. I will have to wait if/ when the parcel arrives back to my address for a refund/ sent back at buyers expense. The refund will not include shipping (for letter mail, $2.20 deducted).

Trackable
This will be reported to Canada Post and they will undergo an investigation that requires onwards of 15 business days. Please provide your contact information; email as well as confirm your mailing address below. You will receive an email from them within 15 business days. If they confirm that the package is lost and/or stolen, additional measures will be taken:
1/ refund
2/ you will receive an additional parcel
You and I will receive an email about their conclusions.
