IMPORTANT TO NOTE: each custom/personalized item is made to order with care and catered to you. i have a pretty busy life, so please bear with me on processing time (allow up to a week from the date you ordered for it to be shipped out). shipping prices are calculated by USPS based on package size, weight, & your location. ✨ FREE U.S. SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $35+ ✨ once your package is in the hands of the USPS, it is no longer in my control what happens to it or how long it will take to get to you. shipping time will vary depending on your location relative to mine and sometimes the shipping process itself may take up to a week. if your package happens to be damaged in transit, you must take that up with the USPS directly.

cancellations, returns, & exchanges

i do not accept order cancellations at this time, nor do i accept returns and exchanges. HOWEVER, if your jewelry item happens to break and you'd like me to repair it for you, i will do so free of charge! all you have to do is pay for shipping it back to me. **you CANNOT exchange for a completely different item, & MUST contact me about the damages before just sending something back.** if you have any other questions or need assistance with the shipping process, please reach out to me via etsy messages or email (livswickedcraft@gmail.com)

it is best to avoid getting ANY jewelry item from my shop wet. this includes necklaces with metal components, earrings, and rings. keeping these items out of water will ensure they last much longer without tarnishing. this is ESPECIALLY true for my wire-wrapped rings. getting these rings wet may cause them to turn green. if you plan to wear them for prolonged periods/in the water, i would recommend sealing the band with a clear nail polish. please do not leave reviews regarding tarnished jewelry if you did not properly care for the item. tarnished jewelry CANNOT be exchanged/sent in for "repair."
