How long does it take you to ship an order?

Items are shipped within 2-3 days after the order is placed via USPS. Orders placed after 1pm on Saturdays are shipped on Monday. DUE TO THE CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS there may be delays in shipping times. Please allow an additional 2-3 for delivery. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How long will it take for me to get waves using this brush?

If you are just starting out, with consistent brushing, you will see results in about 2 weeks! DO NOT forget to wear your durag daily.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, you have 14 days to try an Ocean Motion™ wave brush or durag. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be FULLY refunded.

Can I use this brush in the shower?

Unfortunately, no. This brush is not for ‘wash and style’. Water will ruin the brush. However, care instructions are printed on the back of the packaging.

The hair around your crown is usually thinner than the rest of your hair and wavers find this the hardest area to wave up.

Crown patches provide extra compression to the crown without you have to wear multiple durags.
