SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping within Europe usually takes one-two weeks, about two-three weeks to US and two-four weeks everywhere else. The covid pandemic might increase shipping times.
Depending on the size of your package and your country, worldwide shipping can take as little as two to three weeks, up to five weeks. We cannot predict the unexpected postal delays or custom taxes, that depends on your country rules so please be aware of that at the time of your purchase.

In case you buy more than one item we will combine shipping for you to pay as few as possible and refund you the overcharged shipping, if any. Your order will be shipped using the most economical, but safest method possible.

DELAYS

Please contact us if an item hasn't reached you in 3 to 4 weeks from the date of postage, and we'll guide you forward so that the package would not risk being returned to me as unclaimed due to missed delivery.

TRACKING NUMBERS

I send all orders with registered mail which is a safe service and requires signature on delivery. Tracking is available for most European countries and a few others, but some countries like US, Canada and Australia do not offer tracking anymore.

If you require a tracking number to one of the countries that does not track registered mail, let us know BEFORE making a purchase, so we can update the shipping costs to reflect fast courier shipping which is pricey but includes reliable worldwide tracking.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is marked "in progress" you cannot cancel it anymore. Thank you for understanding.
