Returns will be handled on an individual basis. In most cases, items that are not customized can be returned.

Return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your item. Buyer will not be refunded shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning item and refund will not be processed until I have received the item to be returned.

I do not accept returns on any customized items. However, if you have a problem with your item, feel free to contact me via Etsy messenger.

Please be sure to enter the correct address when ordering. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact me within 24 hours and I can change the shipping address. If you do not contact me, your order will be shipped to the address provided and you will not be eligible for a replacement.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me ASAP via Etsy messenger with photos of damage. Photos of the damage are very important, as I insure all my packages and need photos for the insurance claim. PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR DAMAGED ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A REPLY FROM ME. I will start production of a replacement ASAP, replacement production times will vary. If you prefer a refund, opposed to a new item, I can do that, as well.

Yes! I love custom orders. Custom options include, but are not limited to: color, size, text, font, etc.

Feel free to message me custom requests. Reference photos are always a huge help!

In most cases, I am able to prioritize orders if you need it in a quicker time frame. Faster production times are subject to up charges. Please message me the item and date you need it by and I will gladly provide you with more information regarding your situation.
