Custom and personalized orders

Ready to ship items will be shipped 5-7 working days after payment. In Holiday seasons, due to large amount of orders, making of custom orders can take longer.

Refunds and Restocking Fee

All returned items are refunded minus shipping fee. All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10€

Incorrect delivery address

The buyer is responsible for giving their correct and current delivery address. In case of the address is incorrect or the buyer exceeds the maximum holding time and the package is returned to the seller, the seller agrees to reship the package only if the buyer pays for the repeat shipping. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned, the seller will deduct all the additional expenses incurred because of this and will refund the difference to the buyer. Exceptions for custom orders apply.

All returns should be posted in securely packaged in a similar package as they came in. Replacement items will be started upon receipt of the original item. Refunds will be processed only after we receive the original item.

Do I need to pay customs or import fees?

Shipments to the USA are sent DDP — all duties and taxes are included in the price. No extra fees upon delivery. For EU countries, VAT may apply depending on your local regulations. For all other countries, local customs fees may apply — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
