Good quality product. I really like it. The shop owner agreed to refund me as promised after months of emails with very slow response. While I'm happy this was the resolution, she was incredibly aggressive and all of the sudden was able to message me daily to check in on this in order for me to change my review. Only agreed to a refund as previously promised (MONTHS AGO) after I posted a negative review // Incredibly shady business practice. I cancelled the order within 24 hours, and they said "oops it was already shipped" when in fact it was not shipped. They then said they would process a refund, and for 3 months now, have been saying weekly that "there is an error with Paypal" and it's out of their hands. I filed a claim with Paypal and during that they denied any of this (even though it's in our messages).
