In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes the recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, packing tape, and bubble wrap).

My company StarblossomArts is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1429308633604. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is Activate by Reclay.

As consumers, please ensure all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper/tissue paper/cardboard.

These are estimates only and depending on carrier situations or customs hold-ups in different countries, parcels could take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

All items can be gift wrapped for an additional fee (applied when chosen at checkout). Blue, purple, or pink tissue paper is first wrapped around your item for additional protection. It is then wrapped in recyclable kraft paper wrap with either a pink or white pattern and decorated with a natural string bow before being placed in a pretty decorative gift bag.

All packaging materials used to protect your items in transit are fully recyclable.
To limit additional paper waste, invoice slips are not included in your package unless requested.
Electricity use required in the making of all items is kept to a minimum.
In order to ease to carbon footprint involved in shipping items, journies to ship orders are minimised throughout the week so your order may be shipped within a few days rather than next day.
