Our signs are made of ¼ high quality Baltic plywood and ¼ MDF, which can also exhibit imperfections such as spots, knots, or stripes, and may vary in tone. Additionally, the stain may appear darker in some areas and lighter in others. As a result, the final appearance of your sign may slightly differ from both the digital sample and other signs. These variations contribute to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of each sign, ensuring that no two signs are exactly alike.

🌸 SPELLING 🌸
Please type the name/phrase/date exactly as you want them, including capitalization.
Double-check your spelling/dates, as everything will be cut precisely as indicated in the personalization section.

🌸 COLORS 🌸
We offer a variety of different colors and stains. The sides of the letters will be black, enhancing their prominence.

🌸 SIZES 🌸
Our sizes range from 16’’ to 36’’ wide. The size is determined by the width of the name or phrase. If you order a two or three-word phrase, the total length will be split accordingly between the words. The height of the letters will depend on the size, number of letters in the name/word, and font chosen. A rule of thumb is that the more letters in the name or phrase, the smaller the letters will be.

🌸 PROOFS 🌸
We provide proofs after purchase and by request only. Requesting a proof will extend the production time by 2-3 days. Delays in approvals will also impact shipping times.

🌸 BACK FINISH OPTION 🌸
The back of the sign is unfinished (not sanded) and will have a few marks from cutting. However you are still able to put up the sign on the wall and it will stick to the wall perfectly. We would recommend to have it sanded only if this is a gift so that it looks nice on both sides. If you would like the back sanded please purchase this listing

We wrap signs the best so it doesn't break during shipping but if it does please contact us.

⭐ Shipping
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes 2-8 business days. It can take up to 15 business days for international packages depending on customs.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays and lost or stolen packages.

We cannot make address changes after purchase. Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure your address is correct.

We are located in Ottawa, ON. If you live in Ottawa too and would like to pick up your order from our Ottawa location, the local pickup option is available.

⭐ Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin production right away in order to meet our processing timeline. Please be sure to double check that your names/words, fonts, colors, shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order.

⭐ Replacements
In the event you receive a damaged sign or a sign that was made in error, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a photo of the sign and a photo of the packaging along with a description and we will be happy to make a replacement for you.

⭐ Any request to change your names, fonts, colors, after the item has been made will incur a replacement fee.

⭐ Please note that the sign is fragile. Please be EXTRA CAREFUL when handling. Please do not bend, fold or drop it.

⭐ If your package looks damaged, has any signs of damage or you suspect damage, TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE UNWRAPPING. We DO NOT accept any complaints about damages unless we have a picture of the item in the package before the package has been opened.

⭐ If you do not see any signs of damage, feel free to open the package and ENJOY your new addition to your home!
