What does velco (hook) mean?

Velcro (hook) means the patch will have the scratchy side (hook) of the Velcro sewn onto the patch.

Does the patch come with both sides of the velcro?

Patches come with just the scratchy (hook) side only.

How long will my order take to ship?

yes! there is a personalization box on the listing that you can add what size you would like your patch changed to.

Can I exchange or return my patch or vest?

No, we do not accept exchanged or returns due to everything being custom and handmade. Returns are only available on items that had an error (example: misspelled word, wrong color, etc..). In that case I will remake what was made wrong and it will be shipped out within the next 7-10 days.
