I use standard registered mail (with tracking number) to most of the world, however there are a list of countries where our tracking numbers don't work so we have switched to shipping as non-registered mail to these countries.
*** Countries where shipment can't be tracked are: ***
Austria, Australia, Canada, Ecuador, Egypt, Israel, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Morocco, Norway, Nepal, Panama, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan
If you wish to be able to track your package while ordering to these countries, please choose appropriate shipping upgrade (UPS). That way you will both receive your package quickly and you will be able to track its location.
In some cases with heavier items (if package is over 100 grams in weight), I will ship them as UPS by default. This is due to the fact that from January 1st Year 2022, our postal service provider (Latvijas Pasts) has increased tariffs so that now it is sometimes cheaper to ship packages by UPS than by mail post.

France, Slovenia, Greece, Finland, Ireland, Monaco
Unfortunately Etsy shipping upgrades can't be set up to individual countries, rather just several options given with explaining text that is visible to everyone, so I can't switch off the upgrade option to people ordering from these countries, but rest assured that if you choose the upgrade unnecessarily, we will refund the upgrade cost.

When checking out your order, you can choose a shipping upgrade. We offer UPS shipping to most of the world. Please read the shipping upgrade options carefully before choosing the one for you. Please choose according your region:
1) USA & UK
2) Norway
3) Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra
4) Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan
5) EU countries (including Monaco)
6) Rest of the world
!NB - sometimes there are extra 25 USD fee for deliveries to remote locations, as well as some locations might not be possible to deliver to at all. Unfortunately I don't can't foresee each and every situation so if actual costs will be too high due to such circumstances, I will contact you, the customer, and you will have a choice to either pay the extra cost or downgrade the shipping to standard mail post, or cancel the purchase all together. Once again I assure you you will be refunded for anything that will exceed the actual shipping cost in such occasions.
