We had received the first one with a spelling error and John was so kind and apologetic for the mistake, they created a new one Ava expedited the shipping and it arrived in perfect condition with the correct spelling even quicker than expected. I’m so grateful they were so willing to correct the error for such a special item. It’s a perfect keepsake urn for my baby girl.
