It WORKS!! Everything in my order was carefully wrapped and arrived safely with no breaks, leaks, etc. And the serum so far has been working well, for my sensitive, aging skin. I only took one star off because it does have a distinct scent (from the ingredients, it's not an added perfume) that I don't really like and wasn't expecting.
