We currently offer FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery on all our items within the UK. We also deliver some watches to the USA with extra delivery charges applied at checkout.

We also offer Tracked delivery on some items. These are dispatched following order production and not next day delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail after the product has been dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products being personalised to your specification we are unable to accept returns on these items. If however you do have a problem with the product you have purchased you can contact us directly either through the Etsy Message system or via contact@daisymolly.co.uk
We are unable to process any issues 30 days after purchase.

We will contact you either by email or Etsy message service and make a suggestion for what would fit. We will wait for a reply within 24 hours and if no reply received we will process the order with the closest alternative / suggestion or on our decision may cancel the order.
