CANADA: As a default, items are shipped without tracking and we cannot assume any responsibility after the package is shipped. We recommend upgrading to a tracked option. Default option delivery time takes 2 days in local, 3 days within the province, 4 or more days for national delivery. These delivery times are not fixed. There may be changes according to weather and can be delivered late due to some different reasons. The upgraded option takes up to 5 business days and is insured.

USA: All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance. A faster option "Small Packet - USA" - 5 to 8 business days - is available but comes without tracking.
