1. This IS NOT an instant download. Our designs are only digital files sent via email.

2. Once the purchase is complete, your order will be emailed within the next 24 business hours.
• Labels are generally emailed the same day of purchase.

3. Our items are sent to your ETSY registered email.
• Please update your email on ETSY to ensure you receive your files.
• Any delay in sending or modifying the files due to outdated emails will be the responsibility of
the client.

4. This file must be printed on a sheet of the size for which you have paid (16inx20in or 8inx10in).

5. Our items are emailed in JPG format.
• If you would like the files in PDF format, please let me know in the personalization box while
you checkout.
• The files Can not be sent in a different format.

6. Our items are only digital files, not physical products.

7. If you need information about customization or another design, please contact us through the e-

8. Our items are digital files, for this reason:
• Once sent you can print them as many copies as you want.
• Please buy each label you need for QUANTITY 1.

9. Please be as clear as possible when writing the information in the personalization box (Example:
Matheus' 1st or Syntia's 5th.) as if there is any mistake on your part in spelling the name or age,
you will have to pay to correct each one of the submitted files.

10. We do not sell designs without customization:
• The client must indicate at least the name of the child for the personalization of the design.
• In the event that a customer buys and does not tell us at least the name of the child, they must

• Local professional printer.
• Online print vendor.

1. Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the type of printer you use.

2. Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the type of paper you use for printing.
• We always recommend printing on adhesive paper.
• You can also print on glossy or matte paper (it is your choice).
• If you don't have the above types of paper on hand, you can also use regular paper and tape to
stick the label to the physical product.
• The quality of the printing or the physical product will not depend on us but on the client.

3. If you would like a product with a different color, size, or theme, please contact us via direct
message on ETSY or email us (partygraphiclabel@gmail.com) before purchasing.

4. The printing of these labels is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the client since our
work is limited only to digital designs.
