⭐ They are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 10 inches tall to 23 inches tall. Our sizing is based on the height of the letter, not the width, cut from MDF only. Please note that MDF is 1/4 inch thick for the capital letter and 1/8 inch thick for the name. The signs are lightweight and fragile. We cannot make them thicker as they will be too heavy and may detach, fall to the ground and break. Please be EXTRA CAREFUL when handling. Please do not bend, fold or drop it as the signs are fragile.

⭐ Please note hanging hardware or stands are NOT included. We suggest double-sided tapes to hang it. Capitals and dots will be connected unless told otherwise. All words are cut with the first letter of the word uppercase and all other letters lowercase. The edges of the sign are black and will not be painted. We provide proofs after purchase and by request only. The name signs, which are 10'', 12'' and 14'' wide, are sent with no tracking number.

⭐ The back of the name sign is unfinished (not sanded) and will have a few marks from cutting. However you are still able to put up the sign on the wall and it will stick to the wall perfectly. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin production right away in order to meet our processing timeline. In the event you receive a damaged sign or a sign that was made in error, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a photo of the sign and a photo of the packaging along with a description and we will be happy to make a replacement for you.

⭐ Any request to change your names, fonts, colors, after the item has been made will incur a replacement fee.

⭐ Please note that the sign is fragile. Please be EXTRA CAREFUL when handling. Please do not bend, fold or drop it.

⭐ If your package looks damaged, has any signs of damage or you suspect damage, TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE UNWRAPPING. We DO NOT accept any complaints about damages unless we have a picture of the item in the package before the package has been opened.

Great quality, item was EXACTLY as described. Only reason I took off a star is because of the horrible smell of paint or varnish. This is a sign for my son’s nursery but I haven’t put it up yet because it still smells and I don’t want that odour around him.
