**What is NOT included?
Envelopes and Printing are NOT included within your order. You will receive printable files only.

**Can you print our stationery?
No, we sell only printable files at this time. Don't worry though, you will have access to our exclusive PRINT GUIDE, which includes step by step instructions for sending your artwork to print and ordering luxury envelopes, all from our favourite suppliers who ship worldwide.

**How do we add illustrations to our order?
If you’d like to add an illustration to your design, please contact us first so that we can send you a custom order link and get you booked into our design diary. We can’t wait to hear your ideas. Please note that proofing times will take up to 10 working days if you add illustrations. We will advise on placement at proofing stage.

**How do we send you our wording?
You can email your personalised wording to kim [!at] pinglepie.com - if we don't hear from you, we will send a reminder.

**How long does proofing take?
First proofs will be with you within 5 working days. Personalised illustrations will take an additional 5 working days.
You will then have the chance to make amendments which will usually be made within 2-3 working days.

**How much money will we save?
You can hope to save an average of £1500-2000 by printing your own stationery - based on 100 guests using our Mega Bundle Package, which you can find in our shop - search “Mega Bundle”.

**Can we change the fonts and/or colours?
Font changes are included for free. There’s a small one-off* fee (£40-125) for altering the colours, please contact me for a quote/custom listing. *You will only need to pay for this service once and all future stationery will be matched to your customised colours.

**Can you print in another language?
As long as you can send us the correctly translated wording, then we are happy to accommodate where possible.

**Do you do bespoke designs?
Yes, please get in touch for a quote. Our custom designs are between £1500-£2500 based our Mega Bundle Package which includes all of your printable wedding stationery pieces.

**Can I get a refund?
Once you've received your printable files, no refunds will be given. Before this point, a 75% discount will be given.

**What is the Mega Bundle?
The Most cost effective way to order with us, The Mega Bundle includes all printable files from this collection: save the date, save the date envelope liner, invitation, invitation envelope liner, information, rsvp, order of the day, order of service, menus, table plan, place cards, table names and reception signs - see below for sizing.
