Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, if you need to return or exchange any items. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery in brand new condition along with the original box.

EARRINGS specifically, are sent in sealed packaging for hygienic safety and must be returned unopened. Once opened or removed from this packaging earrings are absolutely no longer returnable or exchangeable-no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse any product that is suspect to being worn or returned damaged because of improper packaging during shipping.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


While our jewelry works fine for most people, we do not guarantee anything to be hypoallergenic. Everyone is different and there is no way for us to know if a certain individual will or will not have an allergic reaction to a piece of jewelry. Some people can wear any type of metal out there and whereas others even have issues with 14k gold. If you have sensitive ears copper and brass are not recommended. It is the buyers responsibility to know if they have any sensitivities to certain metals. We will not take returns on earrings because of a metal allergy/sensitivity. There really is no perfect one size fits all with earring posts and there isn’t a post length that's considered “standard”.Just like with clothing and shoes we all wear different sizes. People have all different thicknesses of ears & also depending on the location on the ear where someone plans to wear it, different posts fit better. In general, 7/16" is usually a good size for most. 1/2" is more of an oversized post for people that find a lot of earrings too tight and 3/8" works well for piercings where you don't want a lot of excess post sticking out, like along the top of the ear. Although it can work for regular lobe piercings for some people, others find it too tight. Measuring a pair you currently own is the best way to find out.

It’s possible for any metals, including copper, brass or sterling silver to tarnish. Gold filled metal is much more tarnish resistant but in rare cases can still tarnish. It’s completely normal for Copper and Brass to darken much quicker than silver or gold filled. Never use peroxide to clean gold fill as this will make it turn black. We will not take returns on jewelry due to tarnishing as this is normal for these metals. Detailed care and cleaning instructions are sent with each order. Copper and brass jewelry orders will include a polishing cloth that easily removes any tarnish or discoloration.

In rare cases any metal out there can discolor skin. Some people may be fine with every metal out there while others even have sensitivity’s to gold. This all depends on different body chemistry, as well as humidity and cosmetic products that may react with different metals. Copper and brass are more likely to leave gray/green discoloration on the skin. This is harmless and can simply be washed off.

Sales and discounts do not combine. Only one discount will be applied to each order. The largest discount will override any smaller sales discount.

All jewelry is made to order. Please check our current production time provided in each listing. The estimated shipping time is 4-7 days (once shipped) but not guaranteed. Shipping upgrades are also available at checkout.

International Orders- The shipping times vary, and can take between 2-8 weeks. Any customs fees are the buyers responsibility.
