When will my order will be posted?

I take between 1 to 3 days (depending on how many orders I have at this time) to send your order.

Uk Royal Mail delivery : 3-5 working days.
Europe Royal Mail delivery : 5-7 working days.
Worldwide Royal Mail delivery : 1-3 weeks.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes they are. I am using a waterproof high quality glossy vinyl and laminate sheets for extra protection and durability.

Are you products suitable for children ?

Absolutely! The theme and the shiny effect are very appropriate for children.

Can I ask for a custom?

Yes of course! Message me on Etsy or on Instagram ( link on my page), and we will discuss it.

I didn't receive my order or there is a problem with it, what can I do?

Contact me immediately. If there is a problem, I'll find a suitable solution for both of us.

Do you give free stickers?

Every order, no matter how many stickers you buy, will come with a waterproof high quality surprise.

What packaging do you offer?

My packaging is done with care and love.
I use craft envelopes for small orders and a bubble letter for bigger ones.
I always use plastic bags to wrap carefully my stickers.
I also add a hand writing note on a post it that I designed myself.
You will also get a sample of my first and only washi tape.
Finally on top of the surprise, I add my stamp and another sticker on the envelope. The stamp can't be added on bubble mailer but will be on the back of the card.

Do you run sales or give coupons?

I give a coupon everytime you order from me and I run sales to celebrate occasions such as update or Holidays.
