To measure your bracelet size, use a soft, flexible measuring tape and place it around the wrist. Ensure the measuring tape is close-fitting to the wrist. These bracelets are made to stretch, so the measurement around the wrist should be exact to your wrist size.

If you prefer a looser fit then add 1/2 inch.
