If there are errors with your personalisation or any missing information, I will try and correct them but I will not be aware of these if information such as names, dates etc are wrong so please double check your personalisation thoroughly. If partial information is missing I can only assume that you do not want it included on the finished product. If you notice an error on your order please contact me before your order has been dispatched so I can correct it, if the order has already been dispatched then I am unable make any changes or offer a replacement. Replacements and/or refunds are authorised on an individual basis once after reviewing the situation.

All personalised orders an non-refundable and you will receive your order exactly as you have requested it. If you request specific changes to the advertised design please note that these items are strictly non-refundable and will be agreed prior to any work being completed.
If you have specific imagery you wish to used on your order this needs to be emailed to us along with your order number to info@thepersonalisedpartyshop.co.uk
We are not responsible for sourcing specific imagery on your behalf, any missing information from your order will be flagged with you and placed on hold until resolved.

Yes, all items are 100% personalised for you. The advertised image is a template to create your order as each item is one-of-one made specifically to your order instructions. Please message us before ordering if you have any questions.

For all last minute orders we offer a fast-track service which is next day 24hr delivery with Royal Mail. This is available to upgrade at checkout and labelled "Express Delivery".
All orders placed after 12pm Friday-Sunday will not be applicable as the business is closed during this time.
Any orders placed after 4pm Mon-Thurs will not be applicable as Royal Mail depots close at 4:30pm each day and there is not enough time to make your order to be with you the following day.
