The thread catcher described in this listing is for a Baby Lock Enlighten serger. It is a 3D printed container that is placed in front of the serger or overlocker to catch thread and fabric scraps while you work, reducing the need for constant clean-up.

The thread catcher is made of polylactic acid (PLA), a bioplastic that is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane.

Placing it in front of your serger ensures you have easy access to the stitch length knob. It does not attach to the serger, but is shaped to sit snugly in front of it. This allows you to easily move the thread catcher out of the way when you need to open the door and access the inside area of your serger.

It is a useful tool and makes a great gift for seamstresses or anyone who uses a serger or overlocker.
