Dearsky10 will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. 

We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.  

All items are pre-order, so the shipping time will vary. Please see item details for estimated arrival times.
From the date you place your order with us, it normally takes between 10-14 working days to prepare items for shipment. Please note that in certain cases, it may take longer than this depending on the supplier.

Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Most of the manhwas in the store are in Korean except for BJ Alex (English). Some are Taiwanese and Japanese (check out for those in "Book(Taiwanese/Japanese)" section

Refunds are possible only if the shop owner hasn't placed the order with the supplier. After the items are shipped, no refunds or returns are accepted. Please make a careful decision before purchasing.
