This is a complete kit to support 1 cycle (1 month +) of seed cycling.

- Note: As sesame seeds are very oily seeds, we will minimally grind them to preserve their full benefits

- Day 1-14 of your Cycle (Follicular) is Pumpkin and Flax Seeds and Day 15-28+ of your Cycle (Luteal) is Sunflower & Sesame Seeds

Supply:
Buy additional bags for a discount (2 or 3 month supply). Additional bags should be stored immediately in the fridge upon arrival for extended shelf life. Multiple trackers will be provided to match the supply but only 1 wood spoon is included per order.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Seeds shall be consumed within 1.5 months of opening the bag and refrigerated. For additional supply bags that have been ordered, they should be stored in the fridge to preserve and extend shelf life for up to 6 months.
