A detailed candle shaped like a beautiful veiled lady. Veiled Lady Candle stands 4.5" tall and it's base is 4" wide. Weighs over 9.5 oz. Custom made-to-order in the color and scent of your choice!

Loki Candle Co. uses a blend of soy wax and beeswax. The reason we do this is to get the benefit of both waxes in one; soy wax is great at holding color and scent, and beeswax burns more slowly, increasing the longevity of the candle. This ensures that our candles are slower burning, full of color, and smell wonderful! Soy wax and beeswax are also cleaner burning than traditional mainstream candles. Our candles are available in 37 different scents, as well as unscented. If you order unscented, please note that all candles are made using shared molds and equipment, so scent transference can and does happen, meaning that we cannot guarantee a 100% scent-free candle. If you have severe scent sensitivities, we would advise you to refrain from ordering even the unscented option.

Please allow up to 6 to 7 business days for candle to be made and shipped, as all candles are custom made to order. All candles are hand-poured. Please burn this candle on a plate or dish of some kind, as it is a stand-alone candle without a container and will need a dish of some sort underneath it to catch any melting wax. Please follow candle safety guidelines and do not burn candle for more than four hours at a time, and trim wick to 1/4" prior to burning each time.

**Please note: Because soy candles take two weeks to fully cure and our candles are custom made-to-order, the hot throw (the strength of the scent while burning your candle) will be stronger 7-10 days after your candle arrives.**

At Loki Candle Co. we care about the environment. Unfortunately, once the package is in the possession of the USPS, it is out of our hands, as we cannot control shipping times or delays. We provide tracking numbers on all of our orders, so that both the customer and Loki Candle Co. can keep track of the package's whereabouts. If for some reason you do not receive a delayed continental U.S. package via USPS within 14 business days of shipping date, please contact us 14 business days after the date of shipment to request a refund or replacement. Please allow 30 business days for international, Alaska, and Hawaii mail delays before requesting a refund or replacement, but please do let us know if you have concerns about your package.

Sometimes the mail handlers and carriers at USPS do not always scan packages from one step to the next when they receive them. Barring weekends and holidays, the only reason your order should stay in pre-transit for more than a day is because USPS forgot to scan the package to the next step. On weekends, pre-transit may last for two days, since USPS does not operate on Sundays. If your order says that it is in pre-transit for longer than that, rest assured, your package is on its way; USPS just forgot to scan it to the next step. But please contact us with any questions or concerns!

If your candle arrives damaged in the mail, please contact us by sending us an Etsy message and let us know that your candle was damaged in shipping via USPS within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes packages are handled roughly during shipping and occasionally damage may occur. We will send a replacement candle at no cost to you if your candle arrives damaged in the mail, we just ask that you please contact us via message with pictures of the damage within 14 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to send you a new candle.

I noticed a few spots where there were some potential air bubbles because there are chips. Maybe that's normal because of the veiling on this piece. It also could have happened in shipping. Either way, it's a great candle that I would recommend. The missing wax in places kind of gives it a worn, old look so I don't mind.
