What happens if I haven't received my order?

Please note, if you live outside Australia, your order may take 3-4 weeks to arrive but typically arrives within the 30 business days advised by Australia Post (even with delays due to coronavirus). To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, for smaller items such as pins & cards, the standard/default delivery option does not include tracking. Please note, this is at your own risk and I cannot offer refunds if your order does not arrive. Shipping upgrades which include tracking are, of course, available if preferred.
