● WORKTIME: we prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends, Saturday, and Sunday!
● MANUFACTURING: production and shipment are two completely different processes. Each process has its own term.
● TAXES: as long as it is furniture and has a big size of the box and due to heavy weight of the package you may need to pay customs and import taxes. The amount of taxes will depend on your country and its laws. We do not influence them.
● IMPORTANT: There is NO need to pay customs and import taxes after delivery if you are from: USA, Australia, UK, EU – member country (except for Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
