O R D E R I N G


1 | Purchase Listing

To begin an order, simply purchase the listing in the quantity needed, with blank or printed envelopes.

If printed envelopes are selected, we will send your instructions on how to send your recipients' addresses.


2 | Design Process

Your design proof will be ready within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and photo. Proofs will be sent via email to the email address provided with your order for your review. Two rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost, and nothing will be printed until we have your final approval!

Please review ALL INFORMATION in your proof very carefully. Client is responsible for all proofreading.

Upon approval, your order will go into production and no further changes can be made.


3 | Printing & Shipping

Print time is 4-5 business days, plus shipping via UPS Ground, usually 2-3 business days to most U.S. destinations.
Rush printing and shipping options are available upon request; please contact me for details.

For International shipping, we ship via USPS International Priority 6-10 days. Shipping time does not include time spent in customs. We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs, which may take several weeks. We recommend ordering well in advance to allow extra time. You are responsible for all taxes, duties and other charges your country may make. Please look into the customs and import policies of your country before placing your invitation order.

Due to their custom nature, invitation orders are not returnable or refundable (unless damaged). Please review all proofs closely and carefully. We are not responsible for any incorrect spelling or information, although we do our best to catch any errors we can. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us right away for assistance.

If you need to cancel your order before we've created your proof, please contact us within 1 business day of ordering and we can refund your order. If you cancel your order after your initial proof has been created, the deposit is non-refundable. Once your order is approved, printing begins and there are no refunds.
