3-Fill in the personalisation requirements form. Garments are available in unisex sizes XS-2XL. garment colours available are - black white grey navy beige pink maroon bottle green.
Ensure to leave all the details we request in the personalisation box and ensure to double check you have entered all correctly.
-Once purchased, click on 'message seller' and send us your pets photo along with your order number, its as easy as that!
****PRICE includes ONE PET PORTRAIT, if you wish to have multiple pets embroidered, please message us prior to ordering and we can accommodate for an extra fee.

We do not accept order cancellations due to all garments being custom made and design work starting prior to stitching.

In the rare occasion an order arrives faulty or incorrect, you must inform us within 48h of receiving your garment, with photos included of the issue. If we require the garment back, we must recieve it within 14 days of receipt.

- Please note, stock may vary slightly in terms of shade, texture and tone depending on garments used / available.
- Portrait orders - We outline your photo as closely as possible, and it's our interpretation of your photo, Please note when purchasing you are agreeing to this.
- Pet portraits orders - We will copy and match photo as close as we can, however since its embroidered please note tones may vary, also depending on how we see photos on screen and interpretation, we will match as close as we see.
- Please ensure to leave clear notes with your order. we are not responsible if you leave mistakes in your order notes.
