By buying and/or receiving and/or using Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments (whether paid for or free), you agree to the following Terms of Use:
You are purchasing/receiving the right (in the form of a Personal Use License) to use Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments for your personal crafting use. You are NOT buying the illustration/design itself and have no other rights in association with Red Rubber Designs images.
We welcome artists who’d like to use our stamp images/sentiments in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale, under the following criteria:
WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH OUR DESIGNS:
=> Make art! You can create handmade papercrafting projects (including but not limited to cards, ATCs, scrapbook layouts, mixed media, etc.) with Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments and we encourage you to do so! That is why we make them available for you.
=> You can sell your handmade papercrafting projects that include Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments in any venue as long as . . .
=> The projects are hand-stamped, personally and individually created by the selling artist
=> The projects are not reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying
=> The projects are not mass-produced, assembly-line constructed, produced by workers for hire, or syndicated in any way.
=> You can upload projects that incorporate Red Rubber Designs images to your blog and other internet venues. Red Rubber Designs encourages you to watermark your projects before uploading to any internet venue in order to help protect your work.
WHAT YOU MAY *NOT* DO WITH OUR DESIGNS:
=> You may not sell or distribute Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments, plain or colored, in either physical or digital form if they are not part of your handmade project. Only Red Rubber Designs has the legal right to sell and/or distribute our images.
=> This includes image/sentiment swaps or digi/digital image/sentiment electronic swaps, sold/distributed as part of a kit, printed out hand-stamped images/sentiments, scanned images/sentiments, CD images/sentiments, stock images/sentiments, clip art images/sentiments and prizes/give-aways. Black and white or colored line art and sentiments from Red Rubber Designs may not be sold or distributed in any manner – whether hand-stamped, digital or printed.
In other words, the Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments you’ve purchased/received are for YOUR use. You do not have permission or the legal right to give (i.e., distribute) them to anyone. No commercial use is allowed.
=> You may not reproduce Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments in any form or manner, including derivatives. Neither may you do this and call it your own. No altering of the images is allowed.
=> You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for the purpose of creating logos, company trademarks, promotional materials, business cards or on websites (including blogs, banners, etc.).
=> You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for making molds to reproduce the design, nor to create patterns for anything, including but not limited to rubber or acrylic stamps, embroidery, cross-stitch, stitching, jewelry, wood products, metal, tattoos, etc. and sell or distribute them in any way. This not only violates the legal copyrights of Red Rubber Designs, but of its artists as well.
=> You may not store, post or PIN our un-watermarked stamp images/sentiments on Pinterest or any other internet venue (including but not limited to blogs, forums, internet communities, etc.). This includes private blogs, private Pinterest boards, private forums and/or galleries, etc. Cards and other handmade projects that you’ve created using Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments are okay and encouraged to share on your blogs and in crafting galleries.
=> You may not use Red Rubber Designs stamp images/sentiments for any print on demand services like CafePress, Zazzle, etc. or to create promotional printed materials (T-Shirt, cups, bags, etc.).
Please do not redistribute (emailing, sharing, copying, duplicating or reselling) any of our images/sentiments. We always appreciate referrals to our website so that your friends and family can purchase their own copy.
We are a small, woman-owned business and this is how we make our living for ourselves. When people share our images that is potential income that we lose. (Plus, it’s illegal.) We appreciate your support!

Red Rubber Designs LLC retains all rights associated with its images, and we have successfully defended these rights in a court of law.
Persons purchasing and/or receiving Red Rubber Designs images/sentiments assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Red Rubber Designs and its artists from disputes arising from their work. Should any dispute arise or the buyer/receiver of Red Rubber Designs images violates these terms of use, the buyer/receiver of Red Rubber Designs images is responsible for all attorneys fees, court costs and any other fees or costs that may be incurred in mediation, litigation and/or the resolution of the dispute and/or violation.
This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Alabama. Any and all legal disputes arising from the violation of these terms shall be brought only in Madison County, Alabama.
Red Rubber Designs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, without notice. Your use of the Red Rubber Designs Etsy site and your purchase of our products any time after any modifications constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.

Actual stamps may vary in size from the images shown on your computer, depending on their original posting size and the configuration of your browser and screen resolution. Reproduction of these images in any form is strictly prohibited.
