If the carrier shows Delivered, we will assume the item has been delivered.
If the status shows "Delivered" but you can't find your item.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Look around the delivery location of your package. Check your mailbox or other places where you received your mail. If you still can't find your order, contact the carrier and ask them to confirm the delivery status.
If you don't find the item, we will help you file a claim with the carrier, but most of the time they don't do this. We cannot pay for this on the carrier's behalf.

If you receive an item and find that it is damaged, please take a picture and contact us, we will immediately send you a new item or refund for you. You do not need to return the broken item.
If you are unable to provide photos or videos, we cannot resolve any issues for you.

If you receive the wrong item, please take a video of it and contact us. We will provide you with a return label and we will replace or refund you free of charge after we receive your returned item and confirm that it is undamaged.
Please return the item intact packaging, once the item is broken, we will not be able to replace you for free.

Usually the quality of our products is excellent, but we cannot exclude that the transportation process has caused scars, or small defects in the production.
If you receive the product and find a defect, please provide a photo and contact us, we will deal with it in the first time.
If the defect does not affect the normal use of the product (for example, only a small scratch or a small bump), we are willing to provide a discount code ($5) for you to use when purchasing our products.
If the defect affects the use of the product, we will first provide you with the appropriate solution. If it is confirmed that the problem cannot be resolved, we can return the item for a refund.

In some cases, your return shipping is free.
If the return is not the result of an error on our store's part, you will need to purchase your own return label and we will refund the remaining balance less the shipping charges incurred when the item was shipped.
If the item is intact when you send it but broken when we receive it, we will not be able to refund you.
We recommend that you keep your shipping voucher and photos of the item in question before you send it out, so that you can make a claim against the carrier in the event of any of the above (this claim needs to be made by you personally with the carrier and we cannot help you resolve or pay out.)

You may contact us to cancel all items before they are shipped.
We will not be able to process after shipment.
We will not cancel your order without contacting you. If an order is cancelled, it is usually a case of unsuccessful payment and you will need to check your payment method or if your bank has restrictions on this.

Please check the status of your shipment.
When the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, We will contact you to confirm that all information is correct and reship your order, or refund you.

If you are a non-US customer and it says "Shipping Label Created", If this status shows more than 30 days, please contact us, the shipment may have been lost and we will resend it for you or refund you after confirming the loss.

We occasionally receive inquiries from customers who say they don't see shipping information or always show Pre-transit(Shipping Label Created).
Generally we use USPS for shipping.
We deliver the items directly to the transit center. They may not scan the item the first time they receive it from us, but rather wait until it arrives at the next shipping point before scanning it for shipping, so there is a delay in the information.
The first package scan may be on arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first package scan may not be until delivery.

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date.
We're sorry you couldn't receive your order on time, but it does happen occasionally.
There are many reasons for delays, Incorrect address, Severe weather conditions, International customs procedures, etc.
We cannot guarantee the speed of shipping for you as it depends on the carrier, but we will pack and ship your order as soon as we see it.
To better ensure its arrival speed, please confirm your shipping address when you place your order. For international orders, please provide us with your phone number, otherwise we may not be able to ship your order.
If you need expedited shipping, you can choose paid shipping.

For the delivery time, you can refer to the estimated delivery time on the product page. Please note that this estimated time may differ from the actual delivery time, which depends on the carrier's arrangement and we cannot interfere, but we can guarantee that we will ship your order within 2 business days when there is no error.

If you want to use a faster shipping method, you may have to pay for it. When you choose to pay for shipping, we will make sure that your item is shipped using the shipping method you specify.
If you do not pay extra for this, you will be considered to have agreed to our default shipping method.
