IF AN ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS ONLY, SHIPPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Customer can reach out to repay shipping fees

We can not be held responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered per its tracking number. If the tracking number attached to a package has been updated to the "Delivered" status on USPS's website, the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS. If the customer finds the package has not been delivered as stated by the tracking number, it is the customers responsibility to reach out to their LOCAL post office to locate the package. We will not issue refunds in this case.

Return or Replacement
