This is a single dose hopper UPGRADE KIT ONLY for the Mahlkonig X54 coffee grinder. You will need to re-use the black plastic base and 3 screws from the original large hopper to install this kit.

The kit features a bellow/plunger assembly consisting of injection molded silicone bellows (as of Feb 2024), plunger & cap, as well as a funnel base to replace the hopper.

The parts have been meticulously designed and tested to provide massive airflow & pressure through the grind chamber removing the retained coffee grinds. The plunger also provides weighted back-pressure on the beans while grinding to maintain consistency and prevent 'popcorning'

All hard parts are 3D printed in a black high-performance PLA material (Appearance may be satin or gloss depending on material availability). The bellows are injection molded silicone with a premium smooth finish (as of Feb 2024). Due to the nature of 3D printing, each part will have a visible seam, and some minor imperfections may be present.

This item shipped the next day and arrived at my home on the US within about 4-5 days. Item was packaged very well and looks great. I have used it a few times now and it works perfectly. Very low retention in the grinder. It looks and feels like an OEM accessory. I recommend this product and seller.
